What is the Guarantee Period?

All products carry a minimum 12 month guarantee from date of delivery against faulty manufacture or materials. Any suspected faults should be reported to us within one calendar month from the date of delivery.

What is our policy on suspected faulty goods?

Goods returned as faulty will be tested and checked according to our Non Conformance Procedure which includes an Engineering test report available to the customer. Any suspected faulty goods may be replaced at full invoice value pending the return of the suspect product to our works where it will be checked for malfunction, manufacturing faults and customer abuse. Where malfunction is due to a manufacturing fault, we will replace the faulty product or raise full credit should a replacement already be in place. Problems resulting from customer miss-use, installation or miss-application of the product will cause the goods to be returned to the customer, or scrapped if the customer so wishes, according to our Non Conformance Procedures. Incomplete products will not be accepted for evaluation and will be held pending collection by the customer.

What is our Returns Policy?

Goods may be returned for credit within 7 days from the invoice date and may be subject to a minimum restocking charge equivalent to 25% full invoiced value or £25 whichever is greater. Goods should be returned in their original packaging and be in a re-saleable condition. No goods will be accepted for return unless our prior agreement has been obtained in writing. Goods delivered different to the order will be replaced with correct items at no charge.
